Incredible work done by the team at Incredible Home!
I couldn’t be more impressed with the transformation they did in my home. Bryan helped design the new closet interior, and Cameron, the installer, did an amazing job. If I could rate them 10 stars, I absolutely would. 110% would recommend their services!

So incredibly happy with the closets and storage solutions designed, built, and installed by Incredible Home. It was great to visit the showroom to get ideas and our designer Elizabeth was so friendly and helpful when she came to measure all the spaces in our newly purchased condo. The installer Florian was truly a superstar helping us make decisions on functionality and appearance. His installation was a work of art. The materials used are of high quality and look wonderful - Elizabeth did a great job selecting finishes that give a seamless and cohesive look to the entire condo. In this day and age where everything seems so expensive and challenging it was wonderful to receive stellar service and a spectacular end product.

We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to include Incredible Homes in our plan and witness them take such great care in bringing our vision to life. After talking about a kitchen reno for years, it was time to get it done. Shawn and Samantha worked very well together in understanding what it was we wanted and making each step of the process a pleasure. As with any reno things didn't always go according to plan but the Incredible Homes team was amazing and took care of every detail. They were very hands on throughout the process and made many site visits to make sure everything was coming together. They really listened to what we wanted and transformed our space with a click and a drag across the screen right before my eyes. They were able to show me what it would look like and then they delivered. I highly recommend Incredible Homes and it was a huge treat to be able to work with Shawn and Samantha. We are Incredibly Happy with our kitchen. The new layout is much more functional and there are many features you cannot see that make using the space so great. We walk into the kitchen now and can't believe it is ours.

From the moment I entered there showroom I felt comfortable. There displays were very informative and interesting. I saw all the things I wanted in my closet and more. The process of making choices was very simple and great fun. Elizabeth came to my home to measure and help finalize the design. She was able to work around the flaws in my closet. As I waited for installation day Elizabeth was always there to answer my questions. I wanted to wallpaper parts of it and I’m glad I did. Installation was great, he worked hard and just got it done. Oh how wonderful having a beautiful real wood closet is. I love my new space and highly recommended this company.

I'm very overdue writing this review. I had wanted to do it the day after they left, but our never-ending renovation ate my brain for 9 months - sorry! We dealt with Elizabeth, who was absolutely excellent in assisting us with our walk-in closet plan. We had very limited space to work with, but she managed to configure the area into generous his and hers sides that keep us organized. Paul did the installation and he was meticulous, organized, and remarkably quick and professional. Honestly, this company is the ONLY one that I can truly recommend, that came through in every way for us during our renovation. Their product looks fabulous and I would use them every time!

We had Incredible Homes install a custom built in closet in our bedroom and couldn’t be happier with results. The product is top quality; solidly constructed and so attractive. All of the staff, from our designer Elizabeth, account manager Krupa right through to the installers, Cameron and Daniel, were so professional.
