I’ve been taking all four of my kids here for their flu shots for the past couple of years and the team here are caring, efficient and knowledgeable. The pharmacist, Shaimaa, is so warm and patient with the kids and puts them at ease. We’re so lucky to have this pharmacy in the neighbourhood. They also have really great handmade soaps, lotions and facial masks.

I used this pharmacy because I needed a compound drug. They were lovely people, but the number of ways they screwed up the prescription was impressive - first losing it, then telling me it was ready only to give me my daughter's medication, then taking many days to actually make it (at this point, because of them, I was out of it what was supposed to be a daily medication for well over a week), then not bothering to notify me that it was ready. I switched pharmacies.

I'm assuming, given the other reviews, that this isn't a trend. I certainly hope not, because they really seemed nice.

Such a lovely team at that pharmacy! They took extra care when my daughters were nervous about their vaccines and were so caring and empathetic and friendly. Totally recommend this amazing small business because you can tell they really are happy to serve their community and care about their patients.

Best customer service!!
We discovered this sweet little pharmacy when we received our second doses. The owner is kind and very knowledgeable and you feel like family. Excellent care and compassion. Also the pharmacist has the gentlest touch when it comes to needles. You won’t feel a thing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We switched our prescriptions over as well.
They have a great little selection of natural and pharmacy products. My son love their kids masks that they carry.
