They were so helpful and friendly at Island Mediquip. I also love that they send email reminders for when your equipment is due back. They are very organized and professional there and it shows. Highly recommend!

I have dreaded going shopping for a rollator for a while but the staff at MediEquip made it easy to shop. I got to try many different walkers at all price points and was given the pros and cons of each. My questions were answered and I ended up buying the first walker I tried. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would shop there again if needed.

This company is beyond amazing- they really have heart and care for those that find themselves in need of a wheelchair. Craig is possibly the best guy in the world and his help with my mom this last few months was unbelievable. He got her into an incredible chair - literally changed her life - but all changed our whole family’s life in the process too. We are so grateful to have met him and for the aid and attention. We couldn't recommend Island Mediquip more strongly!

This is a company that understands what customer service is all about.

I am going into hospital and will be needing a two month recovery period. Getting in and out, and being comfortable in a chair will be of importance. To that end I decided to rent a power recliner - lift chair.

I called a few locations here i Nanaimo and really wasn't getting anywhere. Then I talked with Kelly from Island Mediquip. Everything came together. She explained the differences, sent photos, and I rented a chair. Today (next day) two excellent technicians delivered my chair. They even moved the old one into a different room for me.

I am very happy with my rental and will likely purchase one of my own. Needless to say it will be from Island Mediquip.

I am very pleased with the service & equipment I received from Island Mediquip. I rented a very sturdy knee scooter, perfect for getting around the house, to see me through several weeks of foot surgery.
