I wouldn’t recommend this facility at all. My mom has been dealing with them for years on and off for 26 years. The dr that was suppose to care for her would do ct scans every 3 months and half the time says no change. Just wants to push drugs on her. Well it has come down to her not getting answers from this specific dr so she was against radiation because due to lack of information from the dr my mom didn’t think things were bad. Where are we now? Calgary best care ever. She was almost paralyzed because of lack of care and information. The hospital in Calgary has done more for her in the last 6 days than what Lethbridge did for her in the last 5 years. If you have cancer try and get into Calgary.

The staff from Doctors, nurses, receptionists they were all so amazing. Their kindness and compassion on a daily basis was outstanding. Going through any treatment for cancer isn’t fun but knowing and feeling cared for was number 1!!! Thank you Jack Ady for everything and for making sure I never felt alone in my journey🙂

It has been 6 months since my mom passed of lung cancer. 72 days after diagnosis. Urinary tract infection going septic within hours. Er doc commented on the incredible high dose of chemo. He was surprised. Could not get a hold or cancer Dr to update and ask questions. Talked to the nurse and seemed like we were an inconvenience. Tried to talk to palliative care and no calls back. They only thing they wanted to do is change her directive to No resuscitation. She dis not want that but but with in two weeks had her change her mind. Disappointing all of the way around. Congrats - she is not your patient anymore. Your care won. Please go somewhere else.

My mom goes in for treatments for her cancer, still ongoing. They constantly forget her appointments making her chemo treatments delayed for weeks, ignored her requests for blood transfusions and was in a wheelchair for a month due to them not doing any tests. Ignored her coughing when she said it was a serious issue and ended up being a chest infection. Finally ended up getting a double blood transfusion and was told it would be a few hours and ended up being 8 hours total time. Nurses kept saying they didn’t mind staying late and it had nothing to do with them getting overtime. When staff says that multiple times it makes there motives very clear. I hope none of the staffs family/loved ones ever get cancer because they’ll be extremely disappointed at how their co workers will care for their loved ones. Overpaid and overstaffed and still can’t do your jobs.

Hello we are Chris and nelly and we live now in Rotterdam in the netherlands. We are back in the Nederlands beacause the immigration went wrong. Mij lovely wife was in the jack ady cancer centre to beat her breast cancer and she is better now for 6 years. This is what i tell people in the netherlands. For me everybody who Works there is an angel. This is for me and mij wife the best hospital there is. We have meat so Nice and good people that we wil never forget it! Thank you.
