Janine is kind and wonderful, she is very informative with sharing information and making sure you are comfortable.
She is also great a getting rid of those unwanted hairs! A wonderful business with great ethic's.

I have been going to jade clinic for a few months now. Their prices increased with no notice and I was only told after the procedure was done that there was a significant increase in price,nearly 50% increase. I did not want to cause issues with the technician so I paid and then contacted the owner of the clinic saying it was unprofessional to increase cost with no notice. After a dismal offer of numbing cream (which I already have) and being told "they used to have a disclaimer in their email but don't any more" I was ignored about this issue. I would not recommend people go here due to how I was treated. I have no problems with the technician but the situation was handled without grace by the owner.

Today was my second appointment with Ava, things went well, like my first appointment. I find Ava easy to talk to, which is important for me. I find her to be caring about her clients, she always asks what she could do to make me comfortable, like music and such. I’m glad I’ve decided to try the Jade clinic out and I’m looking forward to the final results… it’s been a long time coming!

I started seeing Janine after doing laser hair removal and having incomplete results. She is not only friendly but also professional and extremely good at her craft. I have been going to Jade for a few months. After having a free consult with Janine, she made me feel comfortable enough to give it a try. I was tired of pluking and shaving, I can tell you I no longer worry about the hair on my face. Janine is professional and pationate about what she does. Great service! I can attest to the effective method of permanent hair removal at Jade. After trying painful electrolysis at more than one place before Jade, I can say that Jade had superior expertise, effectiveness and the bonus was no redness or bumps afterwards. So glad to have this service in a small town!!
