Great customer service from the manager Tiffany!
My father has severe mobility issues, and it is hard for him to perform basic housekeeping tasks. When we originally enlisted Just Like Family (JLF), he had a bad experience with his first cleaner being rude, not thorough and also breaking his crock pot.
I spoke to the manager Tiffany, who was appauled at this particular staff member's behavior. She wanted to make it right, and bought my father a new crock pot, and said she would send one of their most highly rated cleaners, to the next appointment.
After the next appointment, my father told me how happy he was with the new cleaner Arosha. He said she was very thorough, hard-working and friendly. She was very respectful and even though he is hard of hearing, she patiently communicated with hand gentures and a smile when they were struggling to understand each other at times.
I really appreciate Tiffany's effort to correct the original experience, and I can tell that she really cares about her clients. Thank you!!

Just Like Family is a great company to work for not only do they care about the clients they also care about there coworkers. They are always so understanding and very supportive when it comes to facing difficult issues and are always willing to help out the office staff at just like family feel like family they are so great.
