Excellent customer service for the optician. I had trouble finding frames that would fit my face size and they ordered in about half a dozen pairs that were all good. It was a tough decision but very happy with my final choice. They also were available for pick up sooner than I expected. Very friendly and sincerely aim to provide good client service. Thank you!

My mom broke her glasses and needed new ones so I booked her an eye exam. Did not realize it was not with our typical doctor, instead she saw dr. Addington, would not recommend her, she was very impatient with my mom. My mom has hearing issues but did not expect for someone to be getting mad at her for not being able to read the letters. Doctor didn't seem to care about my moms eye issues either, very desmissive. My mom was very upset at the end of the appointment and didn't even get glasses.

All staff were very professional. Reception was fast and efficient, Dr. Birk was personable and knowledgeable and the lady who helped with my glass went above and beyond. I like and appreciate the email reminder as well.

I started seeing one of the new eye doctor and he is very nice and he took his time with me because I have Duane symptoms and little movement in the one eye he took his time with that eye. Plus he help me to understand what he found with my eyes and recommend that I get glasses. I want there last week my mom and my niece Sam to pick out my frames for my first pair of eye glasses they said it will be a couple of days to a week but today I still haven’t heard if they are ready for pick up and I little worry because in two months I have eye doctor appointment to see how my eye glasses are with me and I would like to get them before I leave for my long weekend trip this month.

There was a 3 1/2 month wait for my appointment. I found that the environment was chaotic as appointments were stacked on each other. You were quickly herded from one waiting area to another. It was the same with the technicians: just as someone left a technicians room, you were herded inside. In fact the one Optometrist, kept complaining that "the girls-receptionist" booked too many people and he couldn't keep up. He was rather stressed out and made me very uncomfortable to be there. My daughter wanted to go for an appointment and I discouraged it.

I don't know what changed whether it's ownership or all new staff but whatever it was its for the better! The service is great, they acknowledge you as soon as they can when you enter and are very professional and personable throughout the time you're there. I'd consider making this my permanent vision care office.
