Always quick, efficient, and generally helpful. I'm a big gal and needed knees done and they had stretchy shorts to change into instead of those hideous gowns!! I could have cried with thankfulness! Was patient with my "beach sealing" around and grumbling about the pain...lol.

Best place to get an Xray in Kamloops. It is walk-in and there are usually short wait times, if there is any wait at all. They will take requisitions from anywhere and will let you email them if you only have a digital copy.

I get a lot of X-rays done and I love this clinic, the techs are professional and the receptionists are very kind and even when busy helped me add an out of country doctor to my file.

Been here a handful of times and every experience has been so pleasant. The staff are super nice and knowledgeable. My favourite tech is the one with the sparkly nails. I forgot to ask for her name but she’s done my X-rays twice now and she’s so sweet and very good at her job!

Receptionist is beyond rude. I was standing there for 10 mins waiting for her to check him in without a mask . Then when she took his form then I’m told to put a mask on. When I explained I can’t because I’m low lung function she said “ in RUDE voice wait outside
Stupid when u go in waiting not wearing one what’s the difference so rude we definitely won’t be back at this one EVER .

This place was awesome. They were friendly and professional. They got me in and out within 20 min. No line up and the staff actually acknowledges you throughout the process. Very human interaction and the place itself feels warm and inviting. Thankyou to the staff for their help during my visit.

I'm constantly amazed by people. Why can't we go in? Why are we waiting in the hallway? Well Karen, there's a pandemic still going on. Maybe you've heard of it? Anyway, I digress, great service, in and out in ten minutes. I arrived 15 minutes early and was third in line. Friendly, courteous, and efficient. Apparently they did 144 scans yesterday. In 8 hours! That's amazing! Thank you all for you help!
