Excellent and efficient service at Kamloops Hearing Aid Centre. My husband, Ben, got hearing aids from here and he says they have made a world of difference. I have to say, his new hearing aids have made a world of difference for me too - he actually responds when I talk to him now! The Starkey Hearing Aids are top of the line and have some amazing features. Staff patiently set up all of the "preferences" and made sure my hubby knew how to use them. Very quick service, very friendly staff, and very generous, community minded owners! Thank you!

My husband has been going here for years. Both hearing aides through WCB. 2 months ago he totally lost his hearing in his good ear overnight. He went to get his aid fixed. Turned out he had something that required immediate medical treatment within 72 hrs by a doctor. Jan immediately got him and his test results to the hospital ER within minutes. He received meds and shots in his ears. 2 months later his hearing is almost all back to the previous level.. It would have been permanent if not for her quick response and care. We cannot thank Jan enough. And Blaine sent his aids away to have stronger receivers installed in both and that is working great. Not so much lip reading now.

1. Drive up to a house off Summit Drive. You will see parking and a professional sign. Enter the very modern  clean functional office and meet the friendly receptionist!

2.  BLAINE greeted us warmly, enquiring why we were there!

3. An appointment! We tried several, and this company called back!

4. Blaine did a thorough interview, used a camera thing that shows the inside of your ear, and then had my husband entered the hearing booth! Did a comprehensive test!

5. Finally, Blaine explained the results, answering all the questions.  $50

I Called Kamloops Hearing Aid Center with questions regarding tinnitus and was told that they would try to have someone call me back. Shortly after, the owner, Jam, called me and was kind enough to spend enough time with me on the phone for me to get the information I needed and more - even though I had not spent a dime at her business.

Amazing family run business. I can’t thank them enough for the gift of hearing. Today I went for another hearing test as I haven’t been able to hear well and it had been a number of years with my current settings. Blaine was fantastic, cleaned and adjusted them and I could hear him even through the mask! I highly recommend this business!

I brought in a device to be looked at. Inquired about cost of repair or brand new. 2 weeks later still no information. When I called to inquiry, was told it was my insurance provider that was taking so long to respond. Tried to explain that it did not matter if covered as would pay if needed. Was cut off by staff member in mid sentence. Staff has been rude on 3 different occasions. 4 if you count the employee yelling at me in the parking lot. Called a different hearing centre and had an appt for following day. By the time I arrived at the new place, they already had an answer from my insurance provider. I have been wearing an aid all my life and have never experienced the lack of customer care as I had from this centre. Would never recommend if you are looking for help.

Super Service very professional but make you feel like part of the family. Highly recommend. Jan is the best!
