Malheureusement, j'ai eu l'occasion de visiter ce centre deux fois. Heureusement, l'équipe s'y est montrée très agréable. Ils sont tous très serviables et montrent une grande patience même avec les personnes un peu plus difficiles à gérer. Dans le contexte de la santé publique, je tiens à les remercier pour leur travail.

Un service incroyable Tous les membres de l'équipe étaient très serviables et efficaces. J'ai même vu un médecin qui a traité mes problèmes de santé et ceux de mon enfant. Je suis ravi que Kamloops reçoive ce type de soins.

Unfortunately I have been there twice now. But fortunately, the team there has made both visits pleasant ones. They are all very kind and show great patience even with the people who are a bit more difficult to deal with. With our Healthcare on such a decline, I really appreciate their team!

Call in appointments are hard to get. Hang and redial for up to hr is a poor system. Please do better

Last Wednesday I went into this urgent care thankfully it was really quick, the lady doing my triage was amazing and noticed how sick I was so much so that she asked the doctor to rush me in because it was that bad, the doctor on the other hand seen me for all of 5 minutes listened to my heart and lungs and then pushed on my stomach to see if it was my appendix, it was not, told me to take some Tylenol and drink water after not saying he was going to start any antibiotics. Fast forward to Wednesday this week the 4 day migraine was finally gone but, I woke up unable to breathe with extreme chest pains at 11pm, and after 11 hours in the er(in total) I needed an xray, blood work, ct scan and fluids turns out I had pneumonia and every new doctor or nurse I seen the first question they asked was “did you get a chest xray” so I definitely am not too happy with that doctor at the urgent care for clearly not taking my sickness seriously and 👍surprise people don’t cry through their entire triage and exam over a small viral infection
