Decent online support but overall crappy service. Our company pays over 5k combined for equipment leases from KOS. Our main printer/scanner was on the fritz and so they sent out a tech. The tech person was very short with us and rude. Like he didn't want to be here. He determined the mother board was shot. We've been out a printer for over 2 weeks. They should have at least sent out a temp printer but nope.. they're still charging us 5k and no usable printer while we wait for parts for a 10 year old machine. Would not recommend. Better off just purchasing your own printer.
