Friendly staff, always helpful. Allan is the most down to earth and professional NP out there. I called the office to set up an appointment with him and instead of waiting weeks he ended up calling within minutes while he was waiting for a patient that was running late. That’s unheard of. I had a referral within 5 minutes. This guy cares about people!

So impressed with this place, had to come in for a minor health concern. First time being there, from the time I walked in the door , filled out the necessary paperwork for af first time guest, was seeing a doctor within 15 minutes. Another thing, at first I was thrown off by being requested to take off my shoes, but totally get the hygiene issues. Also great to have a health clinic in downtown Kamloops vs going to Royal Inland. Can't find any fault with this clinic, good job!!!
