Great service and quick to book me in for some necessary dental work. I typically find going to the dentist to be an uncomfortable experience, especially with any work requiring anaesthetic, however I had an excellent experience with Dr. Schader and hygienist Hannah. They were communicative, knowledgeable, and supportive. Thank you for your kindness and help with maintaining my teeth.

Dr. Abel, Girkemal, the hygienist (I forgot her name..sorry) and the whole team are outstanding. I felt genuinely heard and well taken care of throughout my visits. I had a great experience at Kelowna Dental Centre. Jon the admin is super friendly and welcoming. saw Hygienist Sara for my teeth cleaning. She was very pleasant. It was my first time getting my teeth cleaned with Airflow ( a newer, advanced way of cleaning teeth) She patiently explained everything to me prior to us starting. There were no surprises. This was the cleanest my teeth have ever been. Will definitely recommend Kelowna Dental Centre, Sara and the entire team and definitely Airflow if you have not tried it before!

Dr. Abel and her team are always so warm and welcoming. As someone who experiences a lot of dental anxiety, I really appreciate how they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable—whether it's through the right sedation or even something as thoughtful as a warm blanket during my appointment.

I've been to many dentists over the years, and I'm genuinely happy to be a patient here. My concerns are always taken seriously, and all of my questions are answered with care. The team also takes the time to get to know you personally and always checks in when they see you, which really makes a difference.

The only area that could use a bit of improvement is scheduling. Since the office is in high demand, appointments sometimes start a bit late or can be a few weeks out. That said, I completely understand—they have a lot of patients and are worth the wait!
