Exceptional customer service. We came before it opened- we were let in as our provincial football team was in town and the airline lost the team’s medical equipment bags. We were shown where everything we needed was and the one item that wasn’t in stock- she was kind enough to try and locate for us. when we were in a total pinch, this business really helped us out so that the team had the supplies required from a first aid perspective. Thanks so much- you were first class all the way!

Very poor customer service even tho they made a mistake. Will not deal with them again. You have said you have verified it was handed over to us but you are still trying to obtain video footage Not sure how you verified it. We did receive the one piece (ice machine) which we unfortunately thought included the hip pad. I realize now that. we should have opened and tried it out but we were waiting for my husband surgery and didn’t need it until now. I would have thought you would have tried to work with us obtaining one at the minimum your cost but nothing was offered.

We arrive just as Emily was about to close up shop, she stayed to allow us to purchase specialized bandages that my wife required post surgery.

Its not often these days that employees will go above and beyond.
