Every time I go into this business they are eagerly waiting to see how they can best serve me. They know that were on the job too and time is money. They don't act like they busy too and I can wait.
When I pull up to the warehouse to pick up an order, there is always a friendly staff member standing there waiting help me load up my material.
This is the exact opposite customer experience that we receive from Kenroc's competition.
