You can't say any thing bad about them, one of the few things I can share is the fact of to many people that have to stay in the hallway but it's not there fault, hopefully they will find away to make that a thing of the past

Excessive wait time. IH needs someone new to run it. Our healthcare is collapsing due to mismanagement and ridiculous restrictions that never made sense

Only went in for an x-ray, but the staff was very friendly. I was informed that they were running a bit behind due to technical difficulties earlier in the day. Due to my anxiety with time, I asked if they could give me a time estimate. The wonderful lady working the desk totally understood and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience and let me know her best guess was it should be no more than an hour behind. Probably less, but that is exactly what I needed. I ended up being on my way home about 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

The staff at KGH are excellent at their jobs. No matter how sour the patient is to the staff, they put up with nonsense, and are very professional, courteous and caring. My surgery yesterday likely having 18 different staff exchanges, all were so positive and professional. We are so lucky to have you looking after our personal needs. Thanks to my doctor, the most outstanding person Kisha, cardiac care for your help/care. You all care, and do an excellent job. Thank You Kelowna General Hospital staff.

If you need a place to donate, look no further! The staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly, and know how to treat customers. Working for our community to improve our health care is not an easy task, but this group works effortlessly behind the scenes and deserves recognition.

Amazing doctors and nurses providing the best treatment and care possible. We are so thankful for the hospital and quick actions in response to our daughters health. Forever grateful....your friends from Alberta!
