Outstanding Customer Service and the highest quality Eyewear! Everyone at Kore makes you feel like you are part of their Optical Family. Our sales Rep Jason will pop by with his samples for a patient to take a look at, and Kelsey is an email away to answer questions about ANYTHING. They have an extremely well rounded roster of Eyewear from around the world and the passion they have for this industry is apparent through everyone on their team.

As an independent owner of two very successful eyeglass boutiques MDO Opticians and Women with Vision Opticians for over 30 years, I have to give a shout out to KORE Brands for their continued support of delivering amazing eye wear consistently over the past 7+ years.
From the reps to head office our relationship has been amazing. I always look forward to seeing the new models and collections and would highly recommend them as a frame supplier. If you don't want cookie cutter mass produced eye wear these are you peop's. Keep up the great work KORE!

I have been a customer of Kore since 2012. I continue to be their customer for several reasons. For one, their brands are on-point. They always have an amazing selection of brands to choose from and within the brand portfolios, SKUs for everyone of my customer demographics. More importantly, at least to me, is their customer service. Not once have I ever not had an e-mail replied to, a phone call not picked up or at worst, a call back request not met or a non-positive experience when meeting face-to-face. Truly a 5-star operation that I can comfortably, with pleasure, recommend to other stores and potential customers. I hope that my customers think as highly of our establishment as I do of theirs.
