March 28/2025I am trying to get better and needed certain things to buy. I was giving up hope until contacted Lancaster spoke with Rob. What pleasant man. I explained what I was looking for and knew right away . So I went in on friday and got it, plus google map was wrong in directions so called the store he could see me in my car and guided me to the location, which turned out to be across the street. Thank you so much for all your help and was nice talking with you. You are awesome.

Scammer store ~ yesterday (Feb 27) I went in to ask if they carry microlet which the pharmacist showed me and have price tag $11.88 on the box. She took took the price tag off in front of me and said nothing.
I went back today (Feb 28) trying to grab it and they instantly put a price on it for $19.98.
Seriously ? Such a scammer ~ change the price on the spot. Definitely not recommend a store like this. You can get medical supplies everywhere don’t lose your money on such a retail place.

As someone who had shopped there over the years I would give Lancaster a higher rating if they would regain control of their website, long compromised by hackers. I need more equipment and cannot check out what they have without phoning or going in. I spoke to them about it last time I was in the store and the gentleman didn't seem aware of the importance, in this day and age, of having online catalogues.

I would like to share my experience working with Dave in the Burnaby location. I am a travel agent from West Virginia USA. I have a client who is sailing on an Alaskan cruise from Vancouver. She has a medical need and a critical piece of equipment was inadvertently left at home. It was discovered after they were already at the airport with no time to drive the 90 minutes home to get it. I was desperately trying to help her find this equipment to rent so she didn’t have to cancel her cruise due to missing the flight. I reached Dave and within 20 minutes he had located the equipment and solved the problem. What an incredible employee!!! Thank you Dave and Lancaster Medical Supplies for your help! You are amazing!

Disappointingly poor customer service:

- the old lady who works there has no interest in her work. She has no information about products, and does not return phone calls.
- they did not call me for my order. Both staff said I have to keep calling back everyday myself.
- my order was there and yet she wouldn’t give it to me. She said the manager should take care of it.
- the arrived medical device was wrong. Their mistake.
- when I gently told the manager about the above matters he said it’s all good and he doesn’t need to know more.

Question :
- in this day and age that a lot of people are out of work, why is she working there?
- I suffered pain for an additional 3 days for their incompetency. Why?

This place deserves a FAR better rating than 3.9 for pete's sake!! Jeez..! I thought it was quite lovely when I was in there and I spent my time freely wandering all the aisles and seeing their wide array of different styles/sizes of things they had. I thought it was a great selection of things & a good range of prices as well. Nice couple (or maybe just coworkers, haha! ☺️🤷🏼) that were there running the store, I thought were lovely as well. I'll definitely be back, and I'm disappointed to see theyre not open right now as I wanted to go, but another time I will be back soon, I'm sure.

Amazing service. This is the first pharmacy I have ever been to that shows they truly care about the service they provide. They offer delivery of important medications, pharmacist not only delivered to my home but took the time to explain the medication to me. Staff is always happy and smiling when you go in!
