Mary the manager saved me. I was only freshly moved to VICTORIA for three days I transferred to her pharmacy But when I showed up from my first prescription, my phone died. I have been having my prescriptions filled here for over 10 years. When I walk up to the counter, they know me by name .Matt and Chris are pharmacists that are very helpful and knowledgeable. They both have even taken the time to see how I was doing on any new medications. They take great care in what they do. Never once was I given the wrong prescription and my prescriptions have always been filled in a very timely matter unlike other pharmacy's. The pharmacy staff is also wonderful and very helpful. I have recommended this pharmacy to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I have complex medical issues and I currently have 10 to 12 different prescriptions that I'm on simultaneously. Matt & Chris are absolutely the most professional, informative, knowledgeable and compassionate pharmacists I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They take the time to go over any and all medications for interactions, advise me on side-effects and explain how the prescription works. They always let me know when my prescriptions are ready and their staff members like Jill and Margaret are remarkable. I am always greeted by name by every staff member in a welcoming and courteous manner. They really care about their customers and regularly inquire as to how I'm doing. I used to use Shoppers Drug Mart and found they can't even compete with Pharmasave on Millstream. I'll never go back to them. Langford Pharmasave on Millstream will forever have my loyalty for quality of service. Keep up the good work you're incredible.

I don't usually write reviews, but now seems like a good time to begin. I always have a great experience at Pharmasave, thanks to Matt. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and consistently takes the time to explain everything clearly. He answers my questions with genuine kindness and patience. Whether I need advice on my prescriptions or just have a general question, I can always count on Matt for helpful and professional guidance. The level of care and attention I receive is outstanding, and I feel genuinely valued as a customer. I could write a long list of the many memories I have of Matt, Hannah and Chris K (now retired, yet forever legendary) helping me over the years.

I think it is important to clarify that mistakes have never been made with my prescriptions, the staff are incredibly organized and if they don't have enough of what I need in stock, they tell me exactly when I should return to pick up the remaining amount. My medications have never been misplaced, and the dosages have always been correct. I've only ever had good experiences at this pharmacy, and I would expect nothing less because I trust Matt and the entire pharmacy team with my health.

I feel that pharmacists don't get enough credit for all that they do to keep us alive and well, and I hope that will change. I have been a client at Pharmasave since this location first opened, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else more knowledgable with my prescriptions. In a world where we don't yet have enough doctors, let's appreciate the pharmacists taking on more responsibilities to fill some of the gaps within our healthcare system. Thank you to the team at Pharmasave for all that you do to keep us alive and well, and for remembering my name.

The pharmacist who compounded ointment for me botched the mix and then tried to blame the doctor that it was her fault for how she prescribed the medication. He would not redo the ointment and told me there was nothing more he could do.
I had the same ointment made up at Shoppers Drugmart and it was done correctly with no blame directed at my doctor. So all he can do is blame someone else for his mistake. Such a childish reaction.

The same pharmacist also tried to accuse me of abusing my prescribed anti-histamine when it is perfectly safe to quadruple my daily dose as needed whenever I had flare ups of my symptoms.
I was not notified until I went to pickup my medication and he told me he could not fill my prescription because I was too early in getting a refill insinuating I was abusing the medication.
I pointed out the dosing of my medication in the literature so then he admitted he was wrong and fulfilled my prescription.
I'm done with this pharmacy and will not be going back to have any prescriptions filled.
I've moved my prescriptions to Shoppers Drugmart at Westshore mall instead.
I would have given zero stars but that is not an option.
