Always a poor experience with Dr Thakore, if I'm ever able to actually get through on the phones and book an appointment. (To which she is usually running late and then there's no time for the appointment. )
Has offered me no real solution or medical help for anything in 5 years, just added stress. I'm better off just googling it myself and trying to figure it out. That's all she does anyways.

I have been going to Dr.Richardson since birth, and I could not be happier! He listens to everything without judgement and offers immediate answers and referrals. I've been seen by Anita Wong as a covering doctor as well and she is amazing - knowledgeable and makes you very comfortable. If anyone gets a chance at becoming a patient, take it!

I dread having any interaction with the receptionist, - (one in particular). Extremely rude, with no patience whatsoever. I've even witnessed her talk down to an elderly patient while waiting for my appointment.

I want to express my gratitude for our GP at this location. He takes great care of my son, husband, and I. I'm changing my review because I learned that when I initially posted it, the entire phone line for the building was under construction—this was no fault of theirs, but I was worried about losing the clinic. I'm thankful that didn’t happen!

I always treat the receptionists with respect, and they reciprocate. I've never had an issue here. Working in healthcare in a similar role, I understand that sometimes the general public can be challenging, which can negatively affect someone’s day. If a receptionist seems curt, or simply straight to the point, they may have had prior experiences with rude or difficult patients. I always approach them as a person first, not just someone to meet my needs or demands. Remember to be kind—it costs us nothing.

Dr. Thakore has always been helpful and worked with my busy schedule to fit me in for appointments. Had a slight issue with their phones ringing with no answer, but this seems to have been improved in the last 3-6 months. Reminder calls are being made, thank goodness. Big shout out to Dr. Alice Yuan for being so patient and understanding with me today, answering all my questions and ensuring I am comfortable. She is going to make a great doctor!

Love my doctor, he's been my doctor since birth but the reception team needs to be looked at. They're never answering the phones (unless you wait for 20 mins on hold) and according to the phone's message, they're closed at 4:30 instead of 5pm now? Unless they've just shut the phones off. Hard to make an appointment this way. They're never kind, always feels daunting to try and book an appointment or vouch for yourself. I've only had a positive interaction with the lovely receptionist Alyssa (I believe this was her name). Please show some attention into bringing on helpful and understanding receptionists. As a receptionist myself, I would never speak on the phone the way these folks do.

We were placed with Dr Leduc after our family doc retired. So far we've only had great experiences at this clinic! They've gotten us in with very short notice too, which is always nice. Bonus : my 3 kids love her, she makes them feel very comfortable 😊
