Quite possibly the worst receptionist I've ever come across. Their phones are constantly down regardless of the time for their 3 hour long lunch break. Somehow COVID has still crippled their online portal, so you're stuck calling daily for weeks trying to make an appointment, hoping you'll catch the receptionist before they quit randomly half way through the day. Considering almost all the reviews mention the exact same thing and absolutely nothing is done to rectify it, I seriously question how dedicated this office is to actually helping people.

I come here because of my family doctor and she’s great. However, it is always so difficult to get through to the receptionists. The phone lines are constantly busy or they are on their 1.5 hour lunch break which is just ridiculous (from 12:30-2). I called at 12:13 and I got the automated message that the receptionist was on a lunch break. The worst customer service I have experienced at a clinic. When you do happen to get through to them, the staff are rude and short with you.

I’ve been coming to this office since I was about 2, I’m 26 now. My doctor retired about a year or so ago, so I had to choose another to see. I’ve been seeing her since he retired, but she has not been listening to my concerns, and honestly blew me off at my last visit. I have another appointment booked, but decided to call the office to switch doctors. I told the receptionist I only started seeing this current doctor because the other retired and that she isn’t listening to my concerns. I asked to please start seeing another doctor and was told they aren’t allowed to switch you over even if they aren’t helping you. It’s hard finding a family doctor and that’s the only reason I haven’t gone elsewhere, but if this continues that’s exactly what I’ll be doing. Not impressed after the great care I was receiving for 2 decades.

The receptionists are always extremely helpful, and quick to answer any questions I have. They always try to go “the extra mile”, and I really appreciate it when they are helping my grandfather.

Dr chahal is also a great listener, and has a client centred approach to his care. Great care.

Have been coming here for about 6 months and we have had a great experience with both our doctor and the front end staff. They are helpful with booking appointments and always get us into our room Quickly. Dr. Thillairajan has been amazing and I never feel rushed.

Every visit here has been awful. I have been called crazy on the phone by admin staff or spoken to in a rude way just for wanting to book an appointment. I have found the doctors condescending and did not feel heard. I have also waited for a pap for over 20 min with a piece of paper draped over me which is quite vulnerable and awful. I would have rather waited in my car or waiting room until they were actually ready for me. They dropped urgent care due to covid-19 and don’t seem to be bringing it back which makes it difficult to get urgent needs addressed. I have had to go to ER for things that could have been prevented or handled. I don’t get how this clinic functions as population health based, it certainly doesn’t seem to run that way. Would love to find a new clinic , just no one is accepting patients. I am not demanding or a complex patient, and couldn’t imagine trying to navigate complex health care needs here.

The docs are just for your basic needs. If you need anything serious checked, you have to find someone else. Your life depends on it and these guys aint it. In a serious world, their doctors would be the assistance to serious doctors who know what they're doing.

A couple of their receptionists hate humans. If you're unlucky to catch one of them when you call, the stench of their miserable lives reaches you through the phone.

I have been with this office since birth. 25 years. Dr wilson delivered me, and later prescribed me mental health medication that i was very hesistant to become dependant on and refused it for years. I finally accepted after thoughts of suicide became too prevelant. Dr mary borg has now arrived and refuses to prescribe me my mental health medication! I have a lot of issues and one of them is making it to appointments or memory in general. Ive explained this to the front desk lady them and they said it was ok but their actions show otherwise. Ive missed a few of dr borgs phone calls dueto my issues not because i actually want to!!!! And now because of that she refuses to allow me to keep my mind in tact with medication. Its terrible and so misunderstanding of long term patients (since birth).
