Reception lady ignored us even though we were literally standing right in front of her trying to get her attention. She has absolutely no respect to clients unless she is blind and deaf. Why are you there if you don’t wanna work? Just stay home.

With my second son, I had brought him in for the typical visit, we weighed him and measured him but I had this bad gut feeling. I reached out my arm to say "I don't think we should do this" when the nurse replied "I've seen babies die from these sicknesses" as she grabbed him and jabbed him. I was mortified. Like a deer in headlights, I froze. Instead of saying "we took his measurements, go home and think about it and we can rebook" like a normal kind compassionate human... she just jabbed him. She felt like she knew best and that has caused me to have trust issues with medical "professionals". This was 8 years ago. I'm not even sure if the same woman works there or not but I don't trust anyone now... so thanks for that.

Very nice nurse, Kate, kept us well informed about our children's vaccinations. Both the kids and us parents felt very at ease. Thank you!

Usually love it here. But I was 10 minutes late today because my baby threw up all over myself and her and I had to change us and there was more traffic than usual, so while I'm normally early today the stars didn't align. The woman at the desk said "you are very late!" And she rolled her eyes at me and she said she'd ask the nurse if she'd still be willing to help me. As if I'm the biggest burden. Well I run vaccine clinics all the time and I've not once showed a patient my displeasure for them being late. If they are so late that it's an issue I ask them to come back at the next available slot. Be kinder.

The nurses are so friendly here, and the new location is MUCH better than the old one. There is ample waiting space, and a fun area for kids. Best of all, now I don’t need to worry about my car being broken into while my kids get their vaccinations.

I came here for flu shot for myself and my kid. Our nurse Kim was very friendly and patient in explaining it to my daughter. She made sure my daughter was happy during the process and gave her favorite stickers to keep her engaged.

The experience was really beyond expectations. Well done for the staff there 👏Thanks for providing such a wonderful service in health care.

We had come here for a flu shot for my toddler, and we had such a positive experience. Our nurse was very patient, and provided so much information, and ensured our baby trusted her! And made her laugh.

My baby got her 18 month shot plus the flu shot and she didn't cry! She was distracted with bubbles, bells & stickers. It's a much better experience for all of us when there's no tears.
