The doctors are excellent but the patient administration service with the person at the appointment reception is not the best, this person lacks empathy to attend, I went looking for a medical appointment since my voice went away and the rude receptionist told me no I don't understand you, I used my cell phone before, I don't understand if there were no patients at the moment why I was not seen. And she told me to come back the next day at 11:00 for the appointment and then she says I have to wait after 7 people. For me it is frustrating as for me it is a lack of respect for a patient. The way this system works is crazy. The most uncomfortable thing is the attitude of the receptionist.

Have been going since our doctor moved to this climic. Easy access and no problems getting in person or telephone consultations. Five stars because the support has been excellent. Office staff has always been excellent and responsive to apts and documentation needed (the dreaded doctor sick note!)

Called to book a simple telephone appointment to renew a medication before the holidays. Receptionist wasn’t answering the phone. Tried to book online but this location doesn’t allow online booking. After several hours I finally got through to book and she told me walk-in is the only option and it’s first come first serve basis, starting at noon. I arrived at 11:45am to find a line of 15 people snaking through the Walmart waiting for the door to be unlocked. Despite getting an estimated 2hr wait time, I still hadn’t been seen 3 &1/2 hours later. Oh and Dr.Beverage decided midway through his patients to “step out and do a grocery shopping”!!!!

I went to lark medical today, after 2 location refused to take walk in. Was so sick for 2 weeks. The place was so neat, clean, and quiet. They take me right in 10 min. The doctor was so nice, polite, and caring. Most of time doctor don't care especially when you have fever, and flue however he( doctor) looked after everything. He tested everything however I was hesitant to ask anything, but he had good response to me. I am here to review to appreciate the doctor who care a lot to their patients like family members.

I phoned on Wednesday morning, the phone was answered in 3 rings, appointment made for Saturday. Polite gal took the call and made the appointment, seemed easy enough

Good for basic service but currently not open on a regular basis. They currently (March 13/2020) have a doctor who is taking on patients as a GP. The clinic however does not help people with more serious conditions or health problems particularly dealing with medications.

I’ve only come here a times before. But despite being within the first 1-5 people in line every time. Be aware that they still take people with appointments before walk ins. Which would be fine if they had more walk in hours which are usually once or twice a week. It’s been 2 hours since the walk in opened and I have yet to see the doctor despite being 4th in line.

Came at 9 am on a Tuesday and waited with 5 other people. when they opened she didn’t even come unlock the door, a patient did. no indication of “good morning” or “thanks for waiting” (she was late 4 minutes after 9) when we came through the doors the first thing the receptionist said was “does anyone have an appointment?” when none of us did, she rolled her eyes and said that walk ins don’t start until 12, and that the walk in doctor “doesn’t even start until then”. how should we know that when there is no signage or reason to believe that walk ins are at a different time? fix your signs and your website, and then you have a right to be annoyed at patients showing up early in the morning. she was rude and had zero bedside manner to a room full of walk ins. if she’s already this sour and rolling her eyes at 9 in the morning i don’t even want to come back at 12.
