My wife and I just recently got hearing aids and the service was really a 10 out of 10. I have only positive things to say about Jake and the service he provided. Very patient, takes time to explain everything and makes you feel completely at ease and comfortable. Absolutely a place I would recommend to anyone.

My dad recently came to Lethbridge Hearing Center for hearing aids after a negative experience at another business. The staff was friendly, helpful and low pressure. They found the right product to meet his needs, answered every question, were very thorough, and supported him with several follow up appointments. My dad is extremely happy with the product and customer service he received, and our family is over the moon that he can finally hear us again.

Wow! Can getting examined, assessed and fitted for high quality hearing aids be any easier? Jake identified my requirements swiftly, assuring that my concerns were addressed, and I received state of the art aids that fit perfectly and I use daily. Candace facilitated the Veterans Affairs paperwork, an onerous task for the uninitiated, taking away all the stress of that process! Heather booked my appointments to fit my schedule and accommodated easily when changes were needed.

Best service for hearing aids, up to date technology for rechargeable hearing aids, & the only way to go. Had to use a pair of hearing aid loaners while my pair went in for service. Definitely not what I was used to due to replacement loaners were battery operated. Batteries lasted bout 4-5 days depending on how long you wore them. Definitely an inconvenience to have batteries poop out on you, but simple to replaced. Jake Boldt & Candice Elliott-Boldt provided best assistance for all your hearing needs. Excellent service for all your hearing health. Very comfortable with their business & services. Well Done!👍👍👍👍👍. 5 out of 5 thumbs up!

Very impressed after my visiting mother's appointment with Jake Boldt. Picked the clinic for a one-off appointment based on proximity to my home, supported by positive online reviews and testimonials and I'm happy to say you can add one more positive review to the list! Professional advice, excellent technical support for the devices, and all procedures, recommendations and options offered explained clearly and impartially. Definitely will come here again.

I regret telling them I was from out of town. They charged me $35 (told me price before doing), to replace the broken plastic tube on my left heating aide. It took him less than fifteen minutes. Go here to get ripped off!

Held a disabled friend's hearing aids that were being repaired (under warranty) because my friend couldn't afford to pay the 50$ "missed appt" fee which was missed due to health reasons. (They are on AISH) When my friend called about the missed appt, the receptionist told my friend that they had seen my friend at a business around town earlier that day and was perfectly fine. This was not the case but, my friend was told they were lying.

Absolutely unacceptable to hold a neccessary disability aid ransom and it is a human rights violation to withhold necessary medical equipment and disability aids from people.Complaints will be made to the appropriate places.

Edit to add: The response below is untrue and does not resolve the concern. They held the hearing aids, called my friend a liar, and would not give the hearing aids back without payment of the missed apt fee. My friend SPOKE to a receptionist as He called the business after he realized he had missed it. They did not call him 6 - 8 times, & He was accused of lying.

I have purchased battery hearing aids (my spares) as well as rechargeable hearing aids from these folks and they really look after me. I live out of town and they always accommodate me if I need filters, batteries or adjustments. I found them by accident and glad I did.
