I recently was lucky enough to have a facial with the lovely Chantel. It's hard to explain what an incredible experience it is! The facial itself is amazing and my skin looked and felt wonderful but it's so much more than just a facial and I loved every minute of it. This was my second time here and I will be sure to book every time that I visit Courtenay!

I have been to Eurospa a few times now and had an amazing experience each time. My last visit I had a facial, and a half hour back massage. Chantel is absolutely wonderful. Chantel has a way of making you feel so special, and completely relaxed. And so knowledgeable about how to take care of yourself after you leave. Every time I visit the island I book in to pamper myself. I highly recommended stopping in to treat yourself. Everyone is so friendly at the spa.

We’re visiting the Comox Valley for a week to house hunt, and the stress of the move from Ontario had really started to take its toll. I booked a massage, pedicure, and steam at Level 10, and from the moment I walked in, Chantel made me feel completely at ease. Her calm, grounded energy and intuitive care helped me release so much tension—physically and emotionally. It might sound strange, but after my time with her, I genuinely felt more at peace with our decision to move. Thank you, Chantel, for helping me feel restored, safe, and more like myself again.

Got to love Level 10’s cancellation policy, “ we require 24 hours notice if you cancel or a 50% charge will be charged for the service missed,” but if they cancel my appointment within 3 hours of my appointment all I get is a sorry, shouldn’t I be subject to a 50% discount on my next visit, this was the 3rd time this has happened to me and no I will not be returning,

I had a haircut 💇🏼‍♀️ from Leanne this week and then some spa services from Ashley and was very happy, and again impressed, with the outcomes. The new addition of Megan up at reception is awesome. She just has a good nature and is so pleasant to deal with. I keep coming back, why wouldn’t I when they treat me so well and provide top notch services? Keep doing what you’ve been doing for so many years now!

Had a great experience at Level 10! I was with Lisa she is incredibly talented. I got a full colour and I wanted to go back to my natural colour and she and some of the other hair stylists helped to match it identically to my natural hair! Would highly recommend. Love the environment there:)
