The front desk staff are so lovely everytime I go there and they’re always friendly and helpful on the phone. The physiotherapists and kinesiologists are some of the best I’ve been to. Very caring and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone!

I am really happy with all the people in this office. the front desk staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful. My wife has been working with Melisa for the past months after getting injured at a accident. she has been very kind and helpful. she is really knowledgeable physiotherapist and taught her exercises to do at home. my wife is much stronger than the first day.

I've been seeing Maria Christian for two injuries for the past 3 years and she has been amazing.

I recently had a less than satisfactory experience with a team of physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and occupational therapists. While they were all very kind towards me, I felt that their approach was lacking in empathy and personal engagement.

Throughout my sessions, these professionals seemed more concerned with sticking to their program schedules than addressing my individual needs and concerns. It was a disappointing experience; I didn't feel heard or valued as a client.

Additionally, I found their approach to be somewhat impersonal, leaving me feeling disconnected from their care. It gave the impression that they were going through the motions of their job, with little regard for the people they were trying to help.

Despite their technical competency and ability to identify my physical issues, I was left dissatisfied with the overall experience. While I appreciate their professionalism and clinical approach, I believe that there was a lack of genuine care and compassion towards me as a patient.

While I cannot recommend these professionals based on my experience, I do hope that they take these criticisms under consideration and work to create a more personal and engaged approach to patient care. Ultimately, this would lead to better outcomes for their patients, and a happier and more productive treatment experience overall.

I have used the Lifemark Physiotherapy McKenzie for many years now and have recommended this great clinic to many friends and coworkers.
I had the pleasure of having Ron as my physiotherapist and really benefited from his professional and compassionate approach. He listens each and every time and understands exactly how to work on my injury. Thank you Ron!
I would also recommend Amanda and Lindsay, Registered Massage Therapist at the clinic. They are professional and personable. In addition to the fantastic massage experience, I also enjoyed the soothing music as well as the calming scent from the aromatherapy diffuser. Treat yourself, you won't be disappointed!
The front desk staff are always friendly and efficient as well. In particular, I want to thank Christina and Zach for their wonderful service and smile!

I have been to 4 different physiotherapist in the last 7 years. My experience here as been amazing. The front end staff are super friendly and eager to help. And my therapist Rachel has been nothing less than spectacular. If you are in need of physio give them a try. You won't be disappointed

Very professional from the front desk to the therapist. As a recently retired nurse my expectations are high. Melissa assisted me with correcting a very sore back that I just could not manage on own. By following the exercises and great follow up it has resolved. Recently had a bike incident. Once again she made time to see me and I feel confident she will have me cycling again in no time. I have been treated for my shoulder issues at Lifemark Physiotherapy. Melissa is an amazing practitioner, a very knowledgeable; a practitioner of many techniques, If something doesn't work, she draws on her knowledge and experience to find something else that does. She is also personable and communicates well. She cares so much about her patients and always extremely positive, diligent, caring, nurturing, and authentic.
She also showed me exercises to help me with my shoulder, nerves and strengthen and engage all my muscles. I highly recommend her services. Keep up the great work Melissa👍👍
