We called them 30 minutes before they close and they accepted to visit us without appointment beside they are very nice and willing to help patients even after hours (both Doctor and receptionist) also the Doctor is very knowledgeable and he cares about every single problem. Highly recommended

Dr. Chan has been my family doctor for over 2 decades now, and I am not looking forward to the day that he retires. He is a kind and friendly person; professional and very knowledgeable as a doctor. He has treated my family like family over the years, and we all do not have anything but great things to say about him. The receptionists are also kind, professional, and do their job well.

Reason for 4 stars, instead of 5:
Due to the fact that this clinic is at full capacity, and very busy, it is sometimes difficult to get through the phone to make an appointment. Appointments also tend to run a bit behind due to, in my opinion, 2 factors: overbooking, and doctors taking their time with their patients/not rushing their appointments.

While I understand this is a busy clinic, it would be in everyone’s best interest to hiring more or more a competent receptionst. You can call everyday a few times a day and they will NEVER answer their phone or call you back. My daughter needs to see her doctor and I can’t even get through.

Posting from an anonymous account as to not get backlash for this post as I'm a current patient here.

Dr Chan would be an okay doctor, if he had any sense of organization and didn't seem to take a multi week vacation every second month. Thankfully he's not taking new patients, because he can't even handle the workload he currently has. He is uncomfortable with making psychiatric referrals as well as being unable to treat any mental health issues that need anything beyond a basic SSRI.

Expect to be in the waiting room an hour+ passed your scheduled appointment time, and make sure you have the entire day off for phone appointments because he often calls hours (or the day after) after schedule.

Don't recommend if you require any sort of chronic medication prescriptions. You'll get screwed over when you need refills because he's either booked 3+ weeks out, or on vacation.

Dr T is great! Compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to spend the time to explain things. Doesn't treat the appointment like a quick transaction. Sometimes a little hard to get through to front desk but that's expected with such high demand in GP's and not enough supply.
