The two young gentlemen working were extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. Blew a water pump on Rogers pass and was towed to the front of the shop where the parts I needed were waiting for me and they offered their insight into helping me get the fan off the fan clutch to finish the job and get my family back on the highway home. Went in there to buy an OBD II tool to read the engine light code on my vehicle, they were selling the PT W2977 OBD II scanner for $106. That's more than double the price you can find on Amazon for $47. I understand the price could be a bit higher when you buy in person in store due to transportation etc. but holy smokes, more than double the price? Is that a joke?

The crew in here are normally rad, but I went in today looking for help with something and the young lady with a nose ring probably gave me the rudest experience I've ever had in a store anywhere in my life. You guys should probably do something about her before she ruins it for the other workers who do an awesome job.

Typically the service here is awesome, but today The Lady behind the parts desk had a very nasty demeanour and attitude. The two other parts guys are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll be back specifically when she is not working.

Counter staff did not have control of their store. One staff member didn’t even appear as if he cared . Clearly favoured locals who budged in line while customers who had been patiently standing there were kept waiting. Do not recommend this location. I have had excellent dealing with every other Lordco I’ve been too. This one was atrocious.

We were stranded recently in Revelstoke.

Absolutely can’t say enough about him and the front counter staff .

Great people / great service / great experience.

We also can’t understand some of the previous reviews because our experience was fantastic!

Just left Lordco Revelstoke. Big Shout out to the wonderful staff member who was kind, helpful and sympathetic to the frantic older man with the radiator fluid issue. Deeply grateful, you exceeded all expectations. May you have a lovely holiday.
