Today I booked an appointment at 1:30. They told me to wait for at least 30-2hrs.Then, what the point to make appointment? Finally, I got into the room and chat with my doctor for 5 mins. She told me to get ready and will be back in a few mins. I was waiting for another 10 mins and she is not back. I talk to the nurse and she said she will call the doctor. Then, they told me to wait more. I told them, I need to leave and she said you will be charged 50 dollars because of your absence. It just a swap maybe take no more than 5 mins! What is happening to this clink. I came all the way down and take off my work for 1hours. Then, I got nothing done! If I go to urgent care, my doctor will question me why and ask me to go see her! But she is only working in certain day and hours. This clink really drives me crazy! I will NOT recommend this clink! Try to AVOID!

Dr Audrey Haboosheh is truly a breath of fresh air. The last several years I’ve had a multitude of health issues and have had to advocate some hard for myself to be taken seriously and receive proper treatment.

Then I met Dr Haboosheh whose compassion and care for her patients is immediately evident. She took me seriously as I went through the last few years of my life, and confidently told me we would get on top of my medical care quickly. I’ve had several appointments with her and for the first time in years have stopped experiencing anxiety regarding my medical care.

She’s wonderful, competent, with exceptional bedside manner, and I’m so grateful to have her as my family doctor.

Terrible experience! This is likely one of the worst walk-in clinics in Canada. The staff are rude, the wait times are excessively long regardless of your appointment, and they don’t even accept walk-ins. Dr. Sharma is especially disappointing, unable to properly diagnose conditions. While some of the other doctors are okay, this clinic overall fails to provide the care and compassion you’d expect when seeking medical help. Definitely not a place to rely on when you’re unwell.

Warning!
Instead of professional interaction, this doctor Saeed Ghasri is engaging in deception, misdiagnosing, ignoring patience concerns. I only tried this office for a couple of months but it is enough to decide to leave this place immediately.

Front desk staff were very friendly, I normally hate going to clinics and will avoid them at all costs. But I had something urgent that needed to be looked at, Dr. Kate's was very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't immediately prescribe something until he had done his examination. Very polite and professional, didn't feel rushed at all. He even called ahead to the pharmacy and had them ready my prescriptions for me. Would definitely return here for future check ups.

This is a “ book an appointment” walk in clinic. So this is not a walk in clinic. Don’t waste your time walking in.

Best walk in experience, thorough and effective care. Since COVID it seems there is no such thing as a true walk in clinic anymore you still have to make an appointment but they can usually see you - in person - same or next day. At my family doctor's clinic it's a minimum of three days for a "walk in" phone appointment.

Terrible. My baby needed to see a doctor on a Sunday afternoon, nothing too serious but needed to see someone that day. We went to the clinic well within the advertised opening hours and it was closed. Turns out you have to book "walk-in" appointments in advance, up to 3 days in advance. So not really walk-in at all. Our only other option was emergency so we went there. There is a crisis in healthcare and clinics like this are part of the problem.
