I have never been more infuriated and disappointed. We had a delivery, installation, and removal of a fridge today. Fridge comes in, they had difficulty getting it through doorway - not a problem, my husband helps problem solve. Fridge gets in to kitchen, they shoved fridge in to the space to put it, didn't bother to hook it up, dumped the doors of the fridge on my floor, screws everywhere, told my husband "they already spent too much time here so we are not going to finish installing", took a butcher knife out of my knife block to cut a water line, had my husband sign off on the waiver of no damage done in a rush, then proceeded to take our old fridge out...GOUGING my walls, dumping water on my carpet, pulling the carpet on the way down and leaving an absolute MESS. When we had our old fridge installed 25 years ago, the walls and entryway was the same and no damage. Now, I am left to actually install the fridge, and ALSO repair the damage done to my house. If I could leave NO STARS, I would. The reckless disregard to a homeowners property is beyond disappointing. I will be emailing Home Depot tomorrow to explain as well, and also get supplies to repair my house. I could just cry. I appreciate the drivers have other deliveries to make, but they were also contracted to do a job, and also be kind to the house they are delivering to. I am left now with a fridge with doors on the floor, screws everywhere, a butcher knife to clean, and gouges in my walls and baseboards to repair. Lovely.

Diamond delivery has gone above and beyond during the process of my delivery. The team worked together as a whole to deliver exceptional client care from tracking my package to final delivery. We were stuck in terrible traffic, Realized we would not make it there prior to closing, and instead of making us come back another day, some Staff stayed on premises until we could retrieve our package. This very pleasant group of people were quick, efficient, super friendly, and quite simply a joy to do business with. In an era where customer service seems to have gone out the window, Diamond delivery reinstalled faith!!

We had a laser cutter imported that was picked up from Vancouver and brought to Victoria. During the transport procedure, when diamond was in possession of the crate and machine, a fork lift ran into the machine, destroying the sensitive equipment and just dropped it off without any indication of why there was a hole into our crate. Avoid this company, they are not professional. I get it, mistakes happen, but to not acknowledge there was a problem and to pretend it didn’t happen is awful and really affected us in our business that I am still working through.
