Do not send your loved one here. They wouldn't answer my mother's call in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. She fell and layed on the floor for a long time. She broke her pelvis. She went by ambulance to the hospital. When the attending doctor phoned to make sure they were able to care for her, they answered yes. They were totally not capable. Their answer w

I just moved here and it’s a beautiful place to live the employees do there best with covid. They are very polite they joke around with tenants when there serving as lunch or supper they interact with the tenants. The food is at least 90% great. Some times you don’t like some off the food to me it’s always cooked well management is very nice person she’s very friendly and tries to get stuff for tenants like books. Maintenance people are always nice and polite the cleaning lady Wendy goes above her Duties as Does most of staff and the manager they helped to get some furniture and other things for my apartment because I had no furniture just a bed TV my apartment was a little on the empty side but now it looks like someone lives there. This is for the assistant living part. Then there’s a place for tenants that need more assistance they have nurses that’s a different part of building and separate. I really enjoy living here made a lot of new friends. I would recommend living here no problem I will add picslater

This is not a well-maintained facility. My Mum's room was not cleaned daily. Her call button was not working correctly for weeks. The 2 large screen tv's were blasting sports at a loud level in the main areas. For the price that is charged, the care and the facility should have been way better.

My dad has been here since 2018 in independent living. After returning from 3 months of hospital care and rehabilitation, we all feel a huge relief at the assistance and care he is getting in his own apartment. All of the staff go above and beyond with making sure he is okay and all his needs are met. Thank you!

Hello. I look forward to serving in a new capacity at Mariposa, Sienna in Osoyoos, BC, as a result of the challenges we have faced during Covid. My recent past has been advocating and attending the care of my mom through her moves in the past year from her home, to independent apartment, assisted living, and long term care. I will strive to bring comfort to my new friends - elders and their families here at Mariposa Gardens. In this beautiful environment there is absolute ability to achieve a five star experience. This place is a disgrace,to the residents and staff Managment is terrible,they can't keep staff call themselves a Union and lie on your ROE ,after they lockout their employees for no reason at all shame on this company 🙄
