I love this place. Olivia and her whole staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly kind. The space feels like a peaceful sanctuary rather than a clinic. My sessions have been so helpful for managing pelvic pain. They have so many beautiful community building opportunities and classes. I am really grateful for the space.

Went for the group pelvic floor + labour class and it was fun! My partner and I are typical introverts who aren't comfortable in group settings but I actually enjoyed the class and feel more prepared to look after my pelvic floor and more comfortable getting to know some positions I/we can do during labour. My partner is feeling a bit more comfortable now knowing that there are things he can do to help.

I started seeing Olivia more than a year ago after I had my top surgery to have scar massage and other recovery treatment associated with top surgery. I felt very comfortable with Olivia is very warm, caring and assuring. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel heard. Vancouver Island peeps are so fortunate that Rachel Hargreaves is joining Maven Pelvic Health! She has been my RMT in Vancouver for almost 3 years, and not only an extraordinary massage therapist, she is also an extraordinary human being.

She is so funny, caring, compassionate and supportive - a great listener and very wise. Combine that with exceptional deep tissue massage she is a true mind-body healer. She has helped me through such stressful times that manifested in my body - she always knows exactly what is needed! I had so much chronic pain but thanks to her I was able to release so much and she helped keep me sane.

I am so happy for her starting this new chapter of her life on the Island, and yet devastated that she has left Vancouver and I will miss her so much! I am crying as I write this...I will definitely have to plan visits and treatments at Maven Pelvic Health!

I saw Olivia for pelvic floor physiotherapy during my first pregnancy and she was so amazing !! She is very knowledgeable in this field and stays current on new developments. She helped ease my emotions with all the unknowns during pregnancy. I also did a birth prep course with Olivia and it was a game changer going into labor! I would highly recommend Olivia for pre and post pregnancy, as I also utilized her after baby arrived. I will definitely continue to see Olivia for future pregnancies and recommend her to everyone ! She is very professional and has your best interests at heart.

I first saw Olivia during my pregnancy. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I learned so much from her and she was able to really help with pregnancy pain. My husband and I loved the birth prep class and were able to use many of the support techniques that she taught us in the delivery room and it was extremely beneficial for my birth experience. Postpartum I booked a few more sessions and Olivia was incredibly helpful, reassuring, and encouraging for me throughout my pelvic floor healing process. Olivia’s professionalism and ability to provide comfort to her clients is outstanding and I absolutely recommend her services!
