I have been collaborating with Arynn for the last few months with our home insurance. I asked lots of questions and she was always very helpful and patient with me. Our house completes soon and there was recently a wildfire with 25 KM of the property, and many insurers were not binding new insurance due to the situation. Arynn very skilfully found a great insurer who was willing to bind under those circumstances and my husband and I are very grateful for her service which went above and beyond all our hopes. This company is a complete scam. I had the unfortunate experience of doing business with them. They sent me a text saying that my insurance was up for renewal and to reply and they'd send an email. So I replied and they did not send an email. I text them and informed them I did not receive an email. A few days later, I sent them an email to renew. Nobody ever responded. Decided to go with a different insurance company because who has time for that nonsense. Come to look in my bank account and they took money out in July after my policy had expired. I had never agreed to that, they never sent me insurance papers, they never called me. So apparently they'll just take money out of your bank account without permission. Complete theft. I will be reporting them to the insurance council of BC for the theft. Hopefully they will do something about it. I called to cancel the magical policy that they renewed without my permission. They let me know that they cannot cancel it unless I also send an email. Which I did. And then they said I also need to print out a paper and fill it out and email that. It had all the exact same information as the email. It's clearly a tactic to make it difficult to cancel policies because they can't keep customers by just being an ethical company. The lady also demanded that I show her insurance documents from my new insurance company in order to cancel. That doesn't seem like any of their damn business at all and again just appears to be a tactic so people don't cancel. The lady also informed me that I would have to call back in a week to complete the cancellation. At that point, I decided to quit playing their games. Easier to put a stop payment, report them to the governing authority and write a bad review. 0/10 do not use this company. They absolutely will steal from you and then try to make you dance to cancel a policy you never took out with them in the first place. Oh and I almost forgot. They tried to convince me they were only taking one payment even though they were taking multiple. Even after I insisted there was multiple the lady on the phone denied it. At first she even tried telling me they weren't taking money out of my account at all. It's all a bunch of bull to continue stealing from people. Don't play their games. Report them.

Very interesting that they can renew your policy without your permission, signature, phone call or even sending you papers. And yet they can't cancel your policy that you never agreed to unless you call multiple times, send emails, send proof of new insurance, print out and fill out a form and send that one and also spend 15 minutes convincing them that they DID take money out of your account in the first place. What a joke.

I have been a customer with this company for years and have had numerous policies with them. I have increasingly found it difficult to get through to agents and occasionally found that I am not called back, or I am not called back in a timely manner. The brokerage seems to have expanded but their ability to service customers has declined. I will now be considering finding a different insurance agent that can address my needs instead of repeatedly calling and leaving voicemails in hopes of being called back.

I recommend Natalya Tremblay she’s is very good at explaining the policies in plain simple terms, she’s knowledgeable, prompt, excellent listener and exceptional people skills, she makes acquiring a policy so simple in also getting the appropriate coverage needed and not upselling you what you don’t need but what makes sense for your own personal situation tailored for especially for you
