Getting someone to answer the phone here is next to impossible, and when you try to leave a message it says the message inbox is full and abruptly disconnects you. If you miraculously get a staff member to answer the phone they talk to you like you’re burdening them even though helping patients is 100% of their job. If you drive over there, often the office will be randomly closed during business hours without explanation, except a piece of paper with sharpie written on it saying they’re closed.
At proper clinics, they answer the phone in a timely manner, or atleast clear their message inbox, and are open during business hours. This is not a proper clinic.
These people are incompetent and should be fired immediately.

Dr. Kelly is great! The receptionist seems to hate her job and has a hard time greeting people, making eye contact or getting off her chair to guide patients to the appropriate rooms. Dr. Kelly once again though is worth it! And he’s the only Dr. here, so you will always get the same doctor! Also, for a walk in, they take appointments and are very easy to get in. My gp can take weeks to get into, Dr. Kelly one day! Although the last time I went with at appointment, I waited an hour and didn’t end up leaving the clinic for another hour. 2 hours is a bit ridiculous for an appointment.

Annoyed!! Dr alfred sent my husband 2 months ago for some blood work etc. and we haven't heard anything back. I've been trying for over month to speak to reception and/ or make an appointment on line. NO ONE ANSWERS. My husband is soon going to need his prescription renewed. When you do get thru to the reception, she is rude and doesn't listen. Last year once we got the prescription and asked it to be sent to Abbotsford. It took forever for her to send it to the right number. THEN when it was finally sent to the right pharmacy they couldn't fill it as it had already been filled in the Coquitlam pharmacy. Dr Alfred is great but his communicators and method of communication don't work. I even tried to book on line and filled in the info exactly as the paper he sent us and it said we weren't his patient. It's going from BAD to WORSE!!

This is a scam clinic. I did my Class 4 driver’s licence medical exam here and was told they would fax the form to ICBC, but they never gave me any paperwork. Later, I found out from ICBC that they never received anything. When I called the clinic, they kept insisting they always give the form to the patient — which is simply not true. Even the front desk admitted it was their mistake and they forgot to scan the form after the exam. But the doctor, who was extremely rude, still claimed they gave it to me and refused to admit they didn’t scan or fax it to ICBC. After that, I kept calling, but they just never answered. I wasted $150 for nothing. I might as well have given that money to a dog. Avoid this place at all costs. Don’t fall for their scam like I did!

THIS IS NOT A WALK-IN CLINIC ANYMORE. Even though their website and parent website says they are, this is no longer a walk-in clinic. I have gone here for years and the receptionists argue, belittle and are extremely rude at any request. I do not recommend going here. Find doctors and staff that will treat you with kindness when you are sick.

I had a phone appointment June. 9th with Dr.Chen for a prescription refill for back medication and a muscle relaxant , I went today June 10th to pick up my medication at the pharmacy and the medication they had for me was for heartburn. The pharmacy showed me the fax. I don't recommend Dr. Chen

Worst experience of my life. Unethical, rude, disrespectful, lack of interest or empathy, dishonest, the list goes on. Walked an hour down to the clinic only to find it closed with doctors working remote. It’s been well past my appointment time and I’ve yet to receive any call from the “doctor”. What a waste of time and energy.

Today, I called the office a little after 9am as the office isn't always open exactly at 9. (I was unable to book online as it was closed due to maintenance.) I was in a queue for 15 mins just to hear the receptionist voice, and she hung up on me b/c I didn't immediately say hello (2 sec. pause). I called back to be placed in the queue again but with a high volume notice! Then the phone kept on being disconnected by either the worker or their "system".
