The receptionist at this clinic is so disrespectful and dismissive. She is entirely unhelpful and rude. She can't do her job. This business would be better off with a professional receptionist that understood her job requirements. Just because you're married to the doctor, it doesn't mean you're the doctor. You didn't go to medical school. It doesn't give her the right to act so entitled and mean to people. Absolutely terrible experience with her, would not recommend. If you care about being treated like a human being with respect, don't go here.

Staff at front desk with an accent is very rude to clients and disrespectful. She is the frontline to the business and made the visit very poor. Professionalism needs improvement

Dr Hugo has been with me for the past 20 years. I trust him above any other doctors in moose jaw. He is attentif and his bedside manner are great. He never makes me feel like I am a burden. Always listened to all my issues.

I went to see if they do walk ins they do not but the lady at the desk was very helpful in helping me find the number of a place that did and she wrote it all on a sticky note for me. Then gave me directions on how to get there
