I have loved Mid-Main community dental since I started going, around 8 years ago. The care level they provide is above and beyond and they are understanding of different financial situations. My hygienist Jessica is INCREDIBLE and is so informative and caring and all of the staff make me feel welcome and taken care of.

I have been going to Mid Main MEDICAL (not dental) since Dr. McGregor practiced there over 20 years ago. The team approach used at the medical clinic ensures there is always someone there to help even if my doctor is not available. Dr. K is my wonderful family doc and she represents the very high standards set over many years. Wonderful!!!!

It used to be better when they were on 24th and Main but not now.Long waits between appts and some dentures I had made there were too short with a slight curve.They try to hard to emphasize teeth cleaning above all else.

I transferred to mid main ater my doctor of 30 years retired. I feel very lucky to have found a doctor. My physician is called Dr Randsalu and he is excellent. He is up-to-date on the latest stuff and enjoys doing research. Nice guy. Couldn’t be happier.

First class standard of care by the primary care doctors and also the excellent interns that occasionally sub-in. Also, the convenience and ease of online booking of appointments with multiple choices of types of appointments is a blessing.

Went to Mid Main Dental for a check up/cleaning as a (very expensive) birthday present to myself. I was informed that I required a follow-up appointment for a filling. They provided me with an estimate and quote for the filling (~$300). I went back for my filling, and the same dentist (Dr. Angela Xi Yuan Li) dropped her tool on my lip and cut me during the filling. She paused the procedure to inform me that I had dry lips and during the procedure, they cracked, and was bleeding. She repeated the same lie to her dental assistant later on, and had her apply vaseline on my lips and to take over applying pressure. I let the lie go at the moment as I assumed that a cut that could be disguised as cracked lips wouldn't be that deep. I went to go pay for my bill and noticed it was more than I was quoted, but wasn't sure. When I got home, I realized the bill I paid for was nearly double what I was quoted due to the fact that they had done fillings on two surfaces on each tooth instead of one surface per tooth as I was informed. On top of that, I realized my lip was cut deeply and the injury extended into the interior of my mouth. No other part of my lip was cracked, chapped or had any cuts. I work as an actor, and unfortunately, had to miss an audition as I couldn't open my mouth or speak without bleeding and further irritating my cut. I also missed out on work for the following 5 days as a result of the cut. When I reached out to the dental office, the clinic manager, Bailey, said she would look into my bill, and offered advice to help heal my lip faster. I did not receive an apology or even acknowledgment of the harm they caused as a result of the injury. They ignored the issue that their staff blatantly lied to a patient about an injury. They have also since ceased all communication.

What really puts the cherry on the cake is that the filling was a rushed job and poorly done, and as a result, when I attempt to floss the space, the floss gets stuck and cut as if the filled space between my two molars is jagged and sharp.

Highly do not recommend coming here for quality dental procedures, accountability, or for your safety.

While we are fortunate to have the best family doctor ever, the front desk staff at Mid Main Health is by far the worst I’ve encountered. With the exception of one lady, the one with very short hair, the rest of the team is shockingly unprofessional and unsuited for working in a health office where patient care should be a priority. Their lack of competence and empathy makes every interaction unnecessarily frustrating. Really disappointed.

I recently brought a client if mine for a appointment. We have been visiting mid main for over 10 years since before they re located to their current location. Today was the first time we have experienced atrocious behavior by the front desk receptionist. The receptionist with blonde hair was extremely rude. When we first walked in I brought my client into the waiting room to get him settled before checking in. Her tone when she told me to check in was jarring. My client is in a WC and makes involuntary vocalizations. The whole time we sat in the waiting room, I saw her shake her head, and gave us dirty looks. As if we were causing her such a disturbance. We were the only ones in the waiting room and we felt extremely unwelcome. When it was our turn to go in, we mistakenly went into the wrong room, again her tone while correcting us was despicable. We would never have expected to be treated in such a way in a medical clinic where you would expect a welcoming atmosphere. As we were waiting for the correct room to be ready, she sat at her computer and shook her head and raised her eyebrows at us the entire time as she stared at her computer. This person needs proper training on how to respect vulnerable clients and treat people with compassion and respect, especially at a medical clinic where people are seeking assistance. Otherwise, I advise this medical office to find a new receptionist as the way she treats people is completely out of line. This behavior is completely unnecessary and unacceptable.
