UPDATE May 13th 2024:
I was reffered to MISSION COMMUNITY SERVICES realted to forms related with disabilities. Frontdesk there informed me that MSDPR unnecessary sending people to them while they do not have resources for such help.
2. MY SELF SERVE has no option to do online stub filing. Frontdesk told me I can attach document while screen availble to me shows nothing like that.
This sucks ! Highly objetionable and inhuman- I dont know how others are dealing with this service center.

I have came to the Social Ministry to try and pick up something and the two times I came they were closed. TWO DAYS IN A ROW THEY WERE CLOSED! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. I have better things to do then waste my time coming down there when they are closed.
