My experience with Mint Medical has always been exemplary. Dr. Yang is a compassionate, dedicated physician who truly cares about his patients. He listens carefully, asks good questions, and makes solid decisions about his patients care. He takes the time needed and I never feel rushed. When Dr. Yang moved his practice to Vancouver I followed him even though I live in Delta. He is a true gem. His office manager Vanessa is very professional, responds quickly to emails and keeps the office running smoothly. They are a great team and I highly recommend this medical practice!

I’ve been seeing Dr.Yang for many years, but I had extremely distressing experiences with the front desk staff at this clinic. Instead of providing support and professionalism, the receptionist was unnecessarily rude and even made threatening remarks that left me feeling worse. I came seeking help, but the hostility and lack of empathy only deepened my depression. No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment, especially in a healthcare setting. Please fire that receptionist who always treats clients badly. I don’t understand why she can have a job. That’s it. Happy to change my review if she is fired because Dr Yang is actually a very nice person.

Dr. Yang is an outstanding family physician who truly cares about his patients' wellbeing.

In appointments, he listens carefully and takes the time to understand each patient's health needs and questions. He explains medical information clearly, making sure patients feel informed. Dr. Yang is also quick to follow up on test results and address any concerns.

Dr. Yang is quick to pass moral judgment (for a small thing like not answering a question in the intake form). I guess he needs more life experience to meet people with curiosity rather than judgment.

If a question on the intake form is really important for you, make it a "required" field. Pay someone to design a proper PDF form for you, instead to rushing to judge people.

I'm satisfied with the service I am getting from Mint Medical especially Dr Yang's since I became his patient. I never felt rushed during appointments. He is very efficient and thoroughly looks after my over all health status . Keep up the great work Dr Yang!
