Upon the demise of my noisy, heavy Kenmore cannister vac. I knew it was time to purchase something new. I have a central vac. which I like because it was quiet but it was a nuisance to drag the 'snake' around especially up and down stairs and the suction was not great. The owner discussed several models with me and after asking me questions about my use requirements (hair, pet fur, stairs etc), recommended a Meile. I am delighted. It is really quiet, lightweight and the suction is amazing. It cleans right up to the edge of the baseboards. It also has a very good warranty.

Super satisfied with the robot vacuum we got here, it’s much better than we had imagined! The sales guy was really informative and nice when we were there, he was super helpful too when we phoned in later (after we bought the robot)with some questions.
We were really surprised to find a specialized store selling Roborock at first, but buying it from them is definitely the way to go!!! (as opposed to online from the big retailers). The service and knowledge you get is just incomparable! 100% recommend!
Our little guy will need some time to get used to her new friend:)

Last week I took my power head in to be cleaned and serviced. I have pets that shed heavily and I knew it would be completely full of animal hair. I took it in and I’m so pleased with the great service I received! The unit was immaculate and in like new condition when I picked it up! Excellent service, very nice owner and a fair price! Excellent experience buying a refurbished central vacuum unit. Scott Kelly is knowledgeable, thoughtful, respectful and cheerful. He answered all my questions and went out of his way (even stayed late) to ensure that I left with the unit I wanted at an excellent price.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service and lack of respect I received at this business today. I brought my vacuum in at 12pm to get my powerlifter fixed as I was starting to get annoying having to tape the bottom of my power lifter cord just so I could vacuum without the power lifter turning off frequently. This vacuum still worked just fine when I brought it in keep in mind! By 1:40pm I was told that they could order me a new cord but I told them not to worry about it as I have back up vacuums I can use in the meantime.

After I came to pick up my vacuum at 2:00pm my vacuum was no longer in 2 pieces, it was in about 10 different pieces in a big box and some screws in a baggie. I was upset as my expectations when you take something apart is to put it back together how it looked when I dropped it off.

After the two men defensively told me they couldn’t put it back together, they demanded me to pay $30 to put it back together out of MY POCKET for them breaking MY VACCUM as it still worked before I handed it over to them!

As someone who owns a business I am ashamed that you didn’t strive to do better to fix the situation. I had no issue paying $30 to get it put back together but it’s the fact these two had an attitude to begin with over the phone, didn’t give me an estimate on time, spent maybe 15 minutes on my vacuum, then gives it back in a bunch of pieces not working?

Lost for words honestly, not sure how you think it’s okay to give me back a broken vacuum then demand money from me..

Very good service. They really know the vacuum business. If you have ever tried dealing with machine issues, you know how complicated vacuums can be. Mr Sweeper makes it easy. I'm happy we have them here.
