I had an amazing experience at Mohawk Duty Free (MDF) gas station! Not only do they have the cheapest gas around, but their customer service is next-level. Darren was especially fantastic—he went above and beyond to make my visit smooth and pleasant. With service like that, he's earned a lifetime customer. My phone was acting up and tech support wanted me to remove and clean the sim card. The lady at the counter was so helpful and found me a pin. If the store wasn't packed I would have bought something. Figure giving them a review was the next best thing. Thank you so much

I use to really love coming to this store when Michelle worked there. Knowledgeable, listened to what customers wanted, always smiling. Ever since she’s been gone the service went down hill.

I just went in to make a 25$ purchase as per usual, Carley was working whom was serving me, but their was also a red head guy (NOT NOAH!) I made a comment about a free joint and he told me no. He also made sure to remind me that Michelle doesn’t work here anymore laughing about it (I know this)

Furthermore between Carley and this red head guy as I’m saying goodbye I was ignored. that’s gotta be the worst customer service I’ve received, I get better service at 5 nations 👍
