Прекрасная клиника. Отличные врачи всегда готовые выслушать и помочь, всегда направят на дополнительные исследования если нужно, никто не торопит и не выгоняет. Отзывчивые и добрые сотрудницы на ресепшене, всегда выслушают, подскажут что делать если пришёл в первый раз. Те кто пишут негативные комментарии по поводу того что с вами не хотят/не могут говорить на вашем языке, у меня только один вопрос: Вы знали что летите в страну в которой разговаривают на Английском и Французском, почему вы решили что вам теперь все должны? Если вам нужна срочная помощь идите в эмёрдженси, зачем переть в walk-in клинику и качать права, задерживая очередь и позориться? Алё, ты находишься в другой стране, ты чем думал/думала когда летел так далеко. Честное слово, был неоднократно там и каждый раз как минимум 1 человек придёт требовать русско/украинско-говорящего доктора. Сюр. Искренне спасибо персоналу Mount Royal Medicentres за профессионализм, помощь и человечность не смотря на постоянные вызовы.

I do not recommend this clinic at all. Their website says the doctor is accepting new patients, but after waiting on hold for a long time, an unpleasant woman at the reception told me the doctor is not taking new patients. She also said she didn’t know why this information is still on their website and that it wasn’t her problem. I called several times over the past few months, and every time I received the same response. It’s very frustrating and a complete waste of time. There is a clear lack of professionalism and care for patients. They do not take patients' time or concerns seriously. How hard is it to update a simple website in today’s world…

I am struggling to express the complete lack of responsibility displayed by the doctor I saw at this clinic. I visited for a chronic infection, and the doctor assured me they would schedule an appointment with a dermatologist who could also perform a biopsy. Nearly a month has passed, and nothing has been done. It seems this clinic is not equipped to handle serious health concerns that require prompt attention.

Chiva is worst & rudest front desk I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. I was merely asking for the address or name where Dr Ojo referred me to see how far it is from my place but instead of saying it in a nice way, she’s just yelling “I don’t know I don’t know” “they will call you.”
Isn’t it my right as a patient to know where they are referring me to? And plus you can say it in a nice way. Worst of the worst. 0/10.

Very pleased with this department! Lately the queues have started to move very quickly! At the reception they helped me get insurance for sugar injections (still $250 without coverage). we chose Dr. Sergei Popov. I don’t know what kind of negative nonsense they write in the reviews, but for our family the best doctor we’ve ever had! He always treats clients positively, has intelligent conversations, where he explains what the treatment is for and what the consequences may be. We have been with Doctor Popov for two years. in addition to proper treatment, it was as if I had been to a psychologist’s appointment. it always leaves a positive mood and correct thinking on the topic of health and lifestyle!

Ridiculous wait times. If walk in isnt a viable practice to provide due to lack of staffing, dont provide it! Front desk staff was rude to not only me, but also patients coming in and out.
If I wanted to wait for over 2 hours (in just the waiting room, mind you) I would go to the hospital.
!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE !!

I called this clinic by accident instead of my usual clinic and the woman on the phone was so unbelievably rude for absolutely no reason. I have never been spoken to this way before. If this were my actual clinic I would no longer be a patient there because of the way I was treated on the phone. Stay clear of here if you want to be spoken to with any ounce of respect.

Best service from a walk in clinic I’ve received in years. The intake was friendly and quick, and Dr. Ojo was fantastic. Highly recommend him if you’re needing a Dr.
