Our elderly parents were sent to Kamloops from their home in NE BC for medical and the back-up walker my sister had in her apartment for visits ended up with broken bolts. We brought it by and within minutes they fixed it on site! Excellent care, knowledge with lots of stock in store and supplies for anything you need or want to rent. Highly reccommend! Shopping local is important to me. I was looking for a good walker so I Googled it. Mountain Medical had the only upright model in town and prices were reasonable. Armed with a quote over the phone and with a location just 50 meters from a bus stop I was there the next day. Their friendly and helpful staff knocked an additional $50 off their quote and I was soon heading home with whole new level of mobility.

I recetly purchased a mobile scooter from this company and was very pleased with the service and the product. The staff were friendly and very helpful in explaining the operation of the scooter. We have been customers of Mountain Medical for some years. We have purchased handicapped grab bars , shower transfer seats, walkers, and other supplies. Last summer we purchased a Stair Glide because we are both unable to climb stairs. This has been a godsend for us. The lift has had no issues , and we both use it all the time. Buying my first scooter was made far less intimidating than I imagined, all because of the fine help I received from Karen. How easy she made the process of purchasing it; it is a little nerve wracking to go through and find just the right one. It was not my first good experience at Mountain Medical.
