I had my first physiotherapy session with Naser today, and I’m genuinely so impressed. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in a clear, reassuring way. I really appreciated how professional and organized his treatment process was, and how patient he was in answering all my questions.

I noticed an improvement in my pain almost immediately, and I feel hopeful and excited to continue my therapy with him. I also want to give a big shoutout to his assistant—she was so gentle, kind, and pleasant throughout the session.

I would advise caution when dealing with this clinic due to misleading communication, deceptive techniques and poor handling of client concerns.

On April 17th, I contacted Royal City Physio to inquire about treatment for TMJ dysfunction and was referred to this clinic. I called to book an appointment and clearly requested a physiotherapy session. I was told there was availability the same day and that the clinic does not offer direct billing, which was fine with me.

At the appointment, I was experiencing a severe TMJ-D flare-up and was in significant pain. The practitioner I saw was knowledgeable and professional, and we had a positive interaction. He even told me he would contact Royal City Physio to see if he could train their physio on TMJ-D treatments. I continued treatment for three additional sessions, totaling four visits.

However, when I submitted the receipts for reimbursement on April 28th, I discovered all invoices were labeled as kinesiology sessions—not physiotherapy, as I had requested. This distinction is critical, as my benefits only cover physiotherapy, meaning I was now personally responsible for $546.

I called the clinic on April 29th to explain the issue and was referred to a manager named Debby. Unfortunately, the follow-up was unprofessional—she did not return my calls as promised, and when I finally reached her on May 3rd, her response was dismissive. She told me the error was mine for not checking the invoices sooner and offered no resolution. Surprisingly, she even suggested I book a new physiotherapy appointment to receive proper coverage—what a slap in the face! You want me to come spend more money at your clinic after ripping me off?

Given the circumstances—including the severity of my condition at the time—I believe more understanding and accountability were warranted. Mistakes can happen, but how a clinic handles them matters greatly. This experience left me feeling misled and unsupported during a vulnerable period.

While the care provider was competent, the administrative handling and customer service fell far short of expectations. For that reason, I’m rating this clinic two stars.

I visited the walking clinic twice, and my experience with the doctors was great. However, the receptionist named Sonia was rude. During my second visit, I waited 55 minutes without explanation, and when I asked about it, she shouted at me she didn't even reply to my questions she mistreated me. The other doctors and receptionist were very nice, though.

He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to fully understand my issue. Thanks to his treatment plan and guidance, my foot pain is completely gone. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Naser and the whole team at Mountainview Physiotherapy to anyone looking for effective and compassionate care!

First of all, I would like to thank the massage and physiotherapy team, as well as the reception secretary, with whom I have been consistently satisfied over the past few years regarding their attitude and professionalism.

However, unfortunately, the
Doctor's Reception. at the clinic has repeatedly behaved disrespectfully, both in phone responses and during in-person reception. Despite my warnings to the department manager, her behavior has become even more rude and unprofessional. It seems that for the supervisor, customers and patients are not valued at all. Regrettably, this behavior of the doctor's secretary has caused all my colleagues to lose interest in coming to the clinic for other departments.
