I came to this store recently while helping a friend with her errands. The store had a plentiful of inventory and it was fairly clean. However, there were a lack of pets when I noticed there were almost no lizards and no hamsters or guinea pigs in the display cases. I do not know if it was because the store was near closing, but I was disappointed seeing them empty. I was told by one of the staff members that some of the rodent pets were nocturnal, yet I cannot see them anywhere.

Worst service from any pet store I have ever been to. I was there a year ago and I asked the manager lady where the bathroom was, and she told me she didn't work there. I have only seen her there about 50 times working in the past but I guess it was her day off, and she couldn't be bothered to answer my question. I have not gone back since. That place is like "The Island of Misfit Toys". Lazy staff, lazy manager, zero service. I wish there was an option here to leave 0 stars.

I went here with my young granddaughter, we saw some baby chicks. The poor young things had no water in one bowl, and their feces was in the other.
When staff was addressed they said oh they're chicks they do that. PARDON!! That's NO EXCUSE. I should call the health and safety board. I will never go back ( if I do it would only to check on the animals there. )

Probably the worst Mr Pets In BC , recently moved to Mission and went to this store A couple times each time I’ve visited it’s the same elderly lady working that’s always Miserable, She acts like She is highly Educated in everything in the store But in reality it’s embarrassing how ignorant and Naive people can be when they are working a job they applied for… , especially If your Fishes are constantly Sick like petsmart … I’ve seen Multiple Reviews Complaining about the staff and How rude they are, there’s only 1 worker who’s a big guy who is an awesome employee who actually Treats customers Proper and with Respect, The rest are young adults that look like they just needed a job and now have to put up with a miserable elderly lady

The betta fish here are treated well- good sized, filtered tanks with a plant or two in them. Most stores sell bettas in cups or tiny bowls, and I'm glad to see this location stopped doing this a while ago. I'm going to buy my betta fish here because of this 🙂

my daughter helped me make this account because i wanted to say thank you.. to the kind people at mr pets who helped me so much when it came to getting the right products for my little doodle, betty,. the manager gave me the best food recommendations for her,, and made her last few months of living alot happier. best pet store to come to, with such friendly faces,, much love to the mr p’s staff.

Worst customer service the staff won't take time from stocking a shelf to help a customer you lose out on so many purchases because of moody lazy staff anything you ask seems like an inconvenience. We are the customers spending money you think people are gonna buy if they can't even get the help with products I went back today has a younger lady dark hair with a couple small tattoos She was very very helpful best service I'd ever had in Mr. Patt she should run the whoever she is deserves credit
