I just had my second laser hair removal session at Naked Cactus, and I couldn't be happier! The cleanliness of the clinic is outstanding. The front desk staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. Rania is my technician, and she is absolutely lovely. She answered all my questions during the initial consultation and always makes sure I'm comfortable during each appointment. So far, I'm extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Naked Cactus and Rania to anyone considering laser hair removal.

I decided to try laser hair removal for the first time at Naked Cactus. I did a lot of reading and read the reviews. I was a little nervous about some of the negative reviews, because that can always impact a customers decision to pursue a business. I appreciated the education provided on their website and asked more questions in my first appointment I had with Maryam. If you're thinking about laser hair removal - THIS IS YOUR SIGN. Maryam was LOVELY. She answered all my questions and made me so comfortable. She explained more to me about hair growth, which areas are the best to treat and which aren't, what laser frequency is best based on the melanin in my skin, and more. She is very well educated in her field. Please take some of the negative reviews with a grain of salt. The ladies here are very experienced and the business has a ton of positive reviews. Let this be your sign! I am so excited to come back!

The space is immaculately clean, modern, and calming — you can tell they care about creating a great experience from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and super helpful, which made me feel at ease right away.

I had a HydroFacial, and honestly, it was amazing. My skin feels refreshed, smooth, and so glowy — I can already see the difference. My service provider Miriam was professional, gentle, and really knowledgeable about skincare. She explained everything as we went along and made it a relaxing and personalized treatment.

It was my first time here for waxing. Firstly, I was greeted by very friendly and beautiful front desk lady. Nathan did my waxing. She is very professional and friendly.
