I had a very pleasant experience at this location today! Came with my little one to get him vaccinated. Appointment time 11.40am. The receptionist was professional and polite, the waiting area is perfect, my boy had a blast playing while waiting. The nurse that gave him the vaccine was excellent, gave me all the info, was professional and playfull with my son and for the fist time he didn't cry. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service! We were done by 11am!

Everytime I go to this clinic or even call the wait times are ridiculous and it appears as if no one works even there. I see people behind the desk doing nothing and no one even greeted me. I had to get their attention. Even though there were no patients waiting or walking around, I had to wait over 35 mins when I had already booked an appointment. Every time I call I have to wait over an hour. Today, wad over an hour and half even though I'm the next person in the cue. As a new resident of New Westminster, I wish there was better health service. Really missing living downtown.

The booking or receptionist here is terrible! They called me several times about verifying my information because they thought that I was someone named "Marcelle". When I called back they said that my PHN, cell phone # & address were all under this Marcelle name. After several calls later I found out that they entered my info into the wrong person's account. Now today they called me to verify a vaccination appointment for someone named "Dominique". I can't believe the repeated incompetence from a health authority!

I don't understand why this is just not privatized. The service at this unit is absolutely horrid. They cancel appointments with no notice. If they do call, they leave a message without a name and the call back number just rings.

Its unfortunate, but it seems the clinicians here want to get a pay cheque with minimal work and then the complain they are overworked. The victim mentality amongst these public healthcare workers is a disgrace to the committed generation that came before them.

I've never had a bad experience with the staff. I'm always treated with respect and I do have to explain to many the nature of my condition, CRPS, once we get past that it's fine. Everyone has treated me well and other than some schedule conflicts it's been more than satisfactory!
Given the case loads that they have, I think that they are doing a wonderful job.

The custumer service of this office is so so bad .when i call them (Oct.13,2023 around 2-3pm),they transfered me to someone , and the receiver put me on hold for so long until you i got frustrated and then I turned off my phone. I called 2x but the same thing
happened ,they don't have good customer service at all and the Frazer Health authority should do something about this.

If I could I would give no stars. My child's first immunization appointment was confirmed and then cancelled the same day. Was told it would be rescheduled but have received no call. My child is no longer 2 months old so his first shot won't be done until god knows when. This is a great stress on me considering my child could get one of the diseases that these vaccines are supposed to protect against.
This is putting my child at risk. And I wake in clinics will do it because of covid. So I would like to say thanks for the poor communication.
