Dr. Ibrahim should NOT be talking to patients and his licences should be taken away. Both me and my husband went to this “doctor” and he was so rude to both of us it’s just unbelievable.
He did not even look at the problem, does NOT EXAM PROPERLY and tells you to take Advil or Alieve.
Clinic is great and the other younger doctor is okay too (just okay!).
Booked call apportionments and they never call you.
Will never be back to this place again.

I had been assaulted in November 2017, but didn’t go to the Dr. about that. I then went snowboarding in January 2018, and got a concussion and whiplash. I could hardly move. I was crying and struggling to share my experiences (assault and accident) and Dr. Ibrahim (the husband) decided he wouldn’t give me a Doctors note to have a week off work, because, “You can’t run away from your problems.” He didn’t assess me for my concussion, whiplash or emotional stress due to the assault. I was really struggling and haven’t ever taken time off work for a personal matter before and this definitely made a tough situation worse. My RCMP partner made Dr. Ibrahim asses me again but still didn’t give me anything for my pain.
The wife, also Dr. Ibrahim, did give me a Dr’s note, and didn’t charge me for it. But then after being a walk-in patient (never able to make appts other than for major exams) for 10 years, I wasn’t given the privilege of having them as a family Dr. and have to wait for a Dr. for hours as appt.’s came and went.
Dr. Ibrahim, after knowing my Mother passed from breast cancer put in my file that I was only to have a breast exam every 2 years, when previous to the above situation I went yearly.
And I see that one of the Dr’s has remarked that any negative comments are by patients who have concerns and exaggerate. That’s a pretty terrible way to describe the MANY disgruntled patients I see in the reviews.

DO NOT GO HERE. It is not a walk-in clinic. Said they are not allowing any “new” walk ins, only existing ones. This was told to me with a straight face while the entire place was completely empty, 0 people inside. Receptionist extremely rude and dismissive for no reason. I hope she gets the help she needs to start living life, instead of hating it. Don’t go here, seems like a front for fraud or laundering.

Not a walk-in clinic as stated on website
I tried to go to the clinic for a walk-in appointment, as it says directly on the website “We accept patients on a walk-in basis.” We were disappointed when the receptionist said they were booking appointments for the following week.
I’m not sure if the definition of a walk-in patient has changed within our healthcare system, but it seems that you should remove or rephrase how you accept patients on your website. When we informed the receptionist about the website she said we needed an appointment, to which I said ‘so you’re not a walk-in clinic’ and she told us ‘no’.
To no fault of the receptionist I might add, but not helpful when it comes to sick patients needing care.

I accompanied my girlfriend to the clinic to inquire about how to apply for a family doctor since we are new to Canada. We simply wanted to know if there was a link to apply. However, the receptionist on duty only responded, “WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING PATIENTS.” We kept explaining that we understood the situation and were just asking how to apply so we could book appointments in the future. Her response was literally, “I DON’T KNOW what the process is.”

The receptionist on duty on December 27th at 12:30 PM (who didn’t even mention her name) provided terrible service. She seemed to have no knowledge about her role and showed zero willingness to help!
