Best of service. Friendly, accommodating, & helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough, especially if you’re new to hearing loss & needing hearing aids for the first time. These folks will guide you all the way.
I first was tested & rcvd hearing aids from them in 2020 & they have always been readily available for annual assessments, adjustments or any concerns.

It's no secret how important good hearing is in everyone's life. For those needing hearing aids this one purchase and choice of provider is a very important decision.

A good test of how a dedicated and professional provider is worthy of your business is how they handle adversity and support their customers.

I am speaking from experience and two years of difficulty in overcoming medical complications in my state of the art hearing aids provided by NexGen.

Sue and her staff at the Westshore location never faltered or failed to provide me with the highest level of service as we worked through the many challenges my medical situation presented in my search for a hearing solution.
