Outstanding service and extremely pleasant people! We were on holidays in Victoria and I had forgotten my ostomy bag cover. They didn't have any in stock, but tried to find options that would work. They managed to find one that had been donated and refused any form of payment.

We wish they were located closer to where we live!

I'm so glad I found this place! Jen was very friendly and helped me decide which compression stockings I needed and they are perfectly comfortable. I highly recommend Nightingale. 🙂

After several weeks I found the thigh highs were slipping down but noted that it's what I over them. Tight leggings didn't work for me, but looser pant styles work well. I may invest in the tights to have other options. I have been advised to wash after each wearing to get longevity. Now that I am use to them I love them!

Absolutely Fantastic Service! I needed to get very Specific Compression Socks as soon as possible and the staff member ( unfortunately I can't recall her name ) bent over backwards to accommodate me. All of the Staff were friendly and there was a very warm, welcoming feeling in the store.This was the most pleasant experience I have had while dealing with Health issues lately and I am thankful for the kindness and efficiency I was met with today.

I was referred here by my surgeon to get some supplies for my upcoming reduction surgery. The store is clean and inviting with a nice display case that makes it easy to navigate and find what you need. I was served by Kelsey and she was amazing. She helped me through the process, reviewing different options to see which one is best. We couldnt find a product in stock so Kelsey offered to order one she knew I would like through her warehouse where it would be at the store ready for pick up. I took her up on her offer and I was so pleased with the order and the services. It also doesn't hurt that we can claim this under our benefit so I highly recommend anyone to this store for their medical supplies needs.

As those with ostomies know, it is crucial to have the right products at the right time available. Lul and Janette at the Victoria location offered excellent service to make sure I had the products I needed. I would have been in a lot of trouble if Lul and Janette hadn't worked so diligently to find the products I needed and have them ready for pickup the next day. I will let others know about this great service.

I've been dealing with Nightingale in Victoria since my surgery in 2010. The staff are wonderful, and very knowledgeable. Truly caring and kind, and very helpful. They always have the supplies I need in stock, never let me down. Having a clinic on site is very convenient, saving me extra travel to the hospital to see the ET nurse. I can't say enough, very satisfied customer. Highly recommend!

Lul was very patient and helpful in helping me decide on what type of compression socks to purchase. The atmosphere in the store is calm , friendly and yet professional . I was so glad to have discovered Nightingale and their customer service ! Two thumbs up !!!
