My husband and I have both been to Robin. We cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. I currently go every week for Lazer pain relief while I await knee replacement surgery. This allows me to continue exercises to keep my leg straight until surgery. Sometimes I get dry needling for further pain relief. I highly recommend this place.

Appointment scheduled for 3:00 pm, arrived early at 2:50 pm as recommended and left at 3:10 pm after waiting for 20 mins while the receptionist remained on the phone with one client trying to schedule an appointment and talking repeatedly of the same thing…absolutely no urgency of ending the phone conversation and tending to my scheduled appointment.
I will not be recommending or attending this clinic from this point forward. The only reason I gave a one star rating is so I could make a comment.

Was suffering from severe pelvic nerve pain for four months. Could barely sit down, driving was excruciating, etc. Had been to several chiropractors, rmt's, massage therapists, Thai massage, but nothing helped. After three visits with Robin and the dry needling, I have relief. Highly recommend.

Been seeing Robin for some time now. Kamloops Thai Massage recommended I give them a try to add to my pain management. Been doing dry needling to help with sciatica pain, and repetitive work injuries. Great success! I was popping Robaxacet like candy just to get through the work day, but now I rarely need them.

So the front desk lady is pretty wonderful, but that's where it ends. I had an appointment with Robin (the owner) and was highly disappointed. I have had back problems for the last 3.5 years and have seen many physio' s and this was by far my worst experience to say the least. My main purpose of the visit was to get pain relief through IMS, although temporary, it's all I wanted. I've had a significant amount of IMS(dry needling) done in the past, with much better success(measuring success by "twitches" which I got minimal of). I don't know whether he was in a rush to get me out or just isn't competent in IMS (that being said, he does have the certification, but could probably use a refresher). Outside that, he was 20 mins late (which in normal circumstances I don't mind) and it seemed like he was more concerened with securing future visits rather then what I was requesting.
